Shou At The Devil

For Christmas I got Guitar Hero II for Playstation. The first time you play the game you feel a bit awkward standing up in front of the TV with a plastic guitar slung around your neck, but after a short while you find yourself into it and you lose your inhibitions. So lil' D has taken to watching me play GH2. It's really cute. When I turn the game on and put on the "six string" game controller, he goes and gets his play guitar.




Now he looks forward to our jam sessions. He can't say many words yet, but I know he wants to play GH2 when he starts saying "Shou, Shou, SHOU!" I know what he wants. 'Shout at the Devil' is the first song in the game and is his favorite. He recently played the game for reals all by himself, well, he did the strumming and I worked the fret. He did really well hitting 25% of the notes in his first turn - not bad for a 2 year old. Soon he'll be better than me. The pupil becomes the master. Even when the pupil is dressed head to toe in Thomas the Train.
