		<description>The problem with this is that &#039;open source&#039; is too broad.  There is plenty of open source that is very &#039;standardized&#039;.  Linux today isn&#039;t what it was 10 years ago.  I think the progression is also a little out of order.  I would put it &quot;Open Source -&gt; Cloud -&gt; on site / proprietary vendor&quot; since I would argue that the cloud now offers more flexibility than vendor provided software even when running that sw on site.</description>
